I just wanted to let everyone know that office 2007 has issues parsing this document. It only shows 8 pages and I know that there is a ton more information, it is just hidden.

If you convert the document to the latest version there is 51 pages with about 3 options per page.

I also tried to open the document in Open Office Writer and had similar issues.

When trying to open the file in Pages.app on my mac the images/plugin info is tiny (unreadable).

I would suggest creating an online survey that would work for everyone. I am unable to complete the current survey as I can not successfully open the file. I would like to help, but am unable to. A simple online form would solve all of these issues.

Hi,

Sorry for the trouble with the word file. I did not know that documents of my office version are no longer compatible with more recent versions and other office programs.

Following Zacs suggestion I have now created an online questionnaire on wwwDOTsoftuseDOTcomSLASHserendipity_sortingSLASH. Since there are 166 screenshots in it and hence VERY long Javascripts calling and submitting the questionnaire needs some patience and some free RAM. I hope this is finally a solution which can be used by any interested users. If not please send me an email soon and describe your problems.
