Plugin Changes: Emoticonchooser, Freetags

To whom it may concern: The emoticonchooser plugin is now able to emit the choosing facility on the frontend for comments. The freetag plugin now shows the used Tag when viewing the RSS feed in the feed's title, but only for the recent Serendipity 0.9 development versions.
